The members' private space: people read, talk and meet there. Each takes the place their commitment gives them.
In short
The Network is the social space of Semilla's members. You enter by invitation, after signing the entry agreements. It connects people and organizations who build together, and every action in it rests on a real commitment.
What you find there
- The feed: news from Semilla, its organizations and its members. Three Semilla threads tell the story of the system, the beta and the ecosystem.
- Messaging: private conversations between members.
- Meetings: the Météo, on the last Sunday of each month; Pillars and Ambassadors, every Friday; the platform Discovery, in French and in Spanish. They take place in La Salle, the Network's video room.
- The directory: members and organizations. No one sees what another holds.
Everyone has a place
Levels are not a hierarchy: they are levels of commitment. Each level learns from the one above and informs the one below.

The first three levels follow what you hold, both ways: a member who falls below 314 SEM becomes a Visitor again, and is told. The other three are entrusted, and do not move with a balance.
Why 314
Posting, commenting and writing to others means taking part in the conversation. We ask that you enter it with a real commitment to the system: 314 SEM, the first step after arriving. The Visitor keeps everything needed to understand before committing: they read, react and write to the team that welcomes them.
The Network's rules
Write as you would speak face to face: with respect, without promises of returns, without solicitation. Ambassadors and pillars review and moderate. Anyone can report a post, a comment or a profile; a pillar answers. The full rules are signed on entering the Network.
