Semilla is incorporated.

On 26 February 2025, Semilla Impact Token S.R.L. is incorporated in Costa Rica. A legal form for a simple idea: that the value created by real organisations flows between those who help them grow.

A visionary meets kindred spirits.

Mathilde and Margaux are the first two to believe in it. Before any product exists, they fund the development of Semilla, and everything that follows starts there.

The SEM comes to life.

The SEM contract is deployed on Avalanche, and the first purchases go through the DEX. From that day on, every issuance is written on the chain, readable by all.

Semilla enters phase 3.

On 8 May 2026 the third phase of the SEM opens. The register of holders is closed the same day: everyone knows what they hold as the system grows.

Members trade with each other.

The P2P market opens: a member can transfer SEM to another, held in escrow, with no intermediary. Value begins to pass from hand to hand.

Semilla payments.

The payment function exists: you can pay in currency and receive your SEM without leaving Semilla. Paying in SEM will open step by step, at the pace of Semilla and of its organisations joining.

The Semilla platform.

On 7 September 2026, work begins on the Semilla platform. To grow well, Semilla must bring the social and the technological together: a private network, a single register, a space for each member. The goal: a finished platform by the end of the year.

La suite s'écrit ensemble ! 🚀
